HO HHP-8 Amtrak Acela #656/DCC

Beginning regional service in 2002, high horsepower (HHP-8) locomotives were built to extend the range of Amtrak’s fleet of high-speed passenger trains. Our HO scale model of this double-ended powerhouse is equipped with the same proven drive train found in our Acela® locomotive.
