The “Screaming Chicken” was a prominent hood decal featured on the Pontiac
Trans Am – first introduced in 1973 – depicting a fiery phoenix, became
synonymous with the Trans Am’s performance and style during the 1970s and
1980s, even making an appearance in the 1977 film
